Hi, I’m Jessica.

I’m a private yoga and meditation teacher in Los Angeles. Originally from NY, I combine my NY sensibilities with a softer California approach to make yoga accessible for everyone from the tepid, first time yogi to the advanced practitioner. I found my way into yoga after suffering from chronic stress and anxiety which led to some serious digestive issues. To make matters worse, I began to develop chronic migraines from imbalances and instability in my neck and shoulders. After countless unsuccessful trips to the doctor, I decided to follow a more alternative approach. I found a way to heal myself through yoga and meditation and now my mission is to share that practice with others. I believe yoga can make you love the life you live just as it is. My goal is to have you heal yourself from the inside out.
