You deserve to spend meaningful time with yourself each week. Our sessions are more than just a workout – you will develop a richer relationship to your mind, body and spirit. Based in yogic philosophy, our sessions will use gratitude as a north star on the journey to finding Santosha, the Sanskrit word for contentment. You will leave feeling clearer and lighter than when you walked in.

Injuries, Postural Alignment and Chronic Pain

I specialize in private one on one yoga sessions with a focus on postural alignment, injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Oftentimes, class settings are not appropriate for those with injuries. No two bodies are the same. With that in mind, I will design a program tailored to your specific body, mind and wellness needs. Our sessions will draw influences from:

· Iyengar Yoga (lots of props, holding poses for 2-3 minutes with proper alignment and form, helps to build strength and stamina)

· Vinyasa (active, flow, sweaty)

· Yin (slow, meditative, focused on releasing the connective tissue between your muscles and fascia throughout the body)

· Restorative (prop heavy, slow, restful and meditative practice)

· Chair yoga (adaptive for injuries, disabilities, and beginners)

· Pre & Post Natal

How does this go?

First, give me a call or schedule a time for me to call you. We’ll consult on the phone to make sure we’re a good fit.

Next, we’ll set up a complimentary private yoga session done in the comfort of your own home. During this session we will assess what your needs and what you’re looking for in a yoga practice.

From there, we create a plan to meet once, twice or three times a week with a yoga program specifically tailored to your mind, body and wellness needs.

I ask for a commitment of at least 3 months to start.

What you’ll need
